With its rolling hills and lush lawns, the Sutton Forest garden will open for the last time on Thursday, November 8 and Friday, November 9.
The house and garden is one of the most impressive and beautiful gardens in the area.
The garden has three full-time gardeners to maintain the property, all under the supervision of head gardener, Rodney Benn.
Influenced by the traditional English country home, the majestic mansion of the property was built in the 1890s.
Owners Rob and Jenny Ferguson have been opening their gardens to garden lovers and the general public for more than 20 years and 2012 will be the final year.
Whitely Garden includes a water feature, a vegetable garden, a cute cottage garden and rare specimens of plants, trees and flowers.
Whitley Garden will be open November 8 and 9 at 217 Oldbury Road, Sutton Forest between 9am and 3.30pm.
Admission costs $10. Funds will be donated to the Bowral and District Hospital auxiliary. The property is dog friendly if held on a leash and refreshments will be available.
