The 2018 Brigadoon musical guests have been announced.
The acts at the 41st Scottish gathering will be GreenJam and Patricia Kerr.
The guests will perform at 9am to welcome guests before kitting the stage again throughout the day.
GreenJam are a charismatic group of singers and musicians dedicated to keeping the Celtic ‘craic’ alive.
From rousing fiddle tunes to gentle ballads, they always create an intimate party atmosphere using acoustic instruments and lashings of energy.
GreenJam had their origins in the Sydney pub scene and have been playing raucous Irish ‘sessions’ for more than 2 decades.
Their warmth, personality and sense of humour is ever-present and they live by the credo ‘Music is a Verb’.
Their reputation for creating an infectious atmosphere is legendary and crowd participation is always encouraged.
Hailing from a town called Cumbernauld on the outskirts of Glasgow, Tricia Kerr is a Scottish singer who is a lawyer by day and singer by night.
Continuing a proud history of Scottish songsters lighting up Sydney stages, Tricia now calls the Harbour City home as a proud and self-proclaimed 'Scaussie'.
Tricia regularly sings with GreenJam at their Sunday session at the Hero of Waterloo in Sydney as well as being lead vocalist with the proudly ageing rockers 'The Grey Zone'.
Tricia also plays private gigs showcasing her soulful voice, vocal versatility and love of the downright fun, funky, or folky with signature favourites spanning traditional Scottish medleys to modern day classics.
Brigadoon 2018 will be held on Saturday, April 7.
