Battle for Berrima attended its regular stand at in the plaza on the weekend.
The aim was to gain signatures for a petition to state parliament.
Representing the combined anti-coal action groups in the Southern Highlands, the petition asks for a parliamentary inquiry, moratorium, and audit of coal mines.
A supporting feature of this Saturday morning was the well-sign-posted motorcade making its way through Bowral’s main streets.
The motorcade was an initiative sponsored by Fitzroy Falls business man and farmer, Danny Pullicin.
