More than 130 quilts will be on display as well as craft items made by the guild members and table runner competition entries.
They will be for sale at designated tables, although not all quilts entered into the competition will be available for purchase.
Many of the quilts made will be donated as community quilts, for those in need, once they have been judged.
The show will feature 16 traders from across the region, who will have pop-up shops to display and sell their handmade items.
Proceeds from the sale of raffle tickets will be donated to the Southern Highlands Challenge Foundation, which provides education and employment opportunities for people with a disability.
The show will run from 9.30am to 5pm on Saturday, and 10am to 4.30pm on Sunday.
Entry is $6 for adults and free for children under 12.
