The 'TONKers' enjoy lunch at Bowral Bowling Club

There was plenty to celebrate at the Table of No Knowledge (TONK) recently.

The first ever ‘TONKers’ lunch was held at Bowral Bowling Club to celebrate funds raised for the Kollege of Knowledge Kommitttee for Kids (KKKK).

KKKK president Tony Springett said the donation came from a group he is a part of who have their own coffee club.

They meet at Coffee Culture in Bowral each Monday to Friday and pay an extra 50c per coffee.

After a few months the men’s donations are matched by Coffee Culture’s Chris Petersen and the funds given to the Highlands charity.

The latest donation was $1144.

The KKKK started in 1989 and help children with disabilities and their families across the Southern Highlands.

In that time it has raised more than $2.5 million
