Leading the new team is artist and business woman Ann Carney who has had a 20-year association with the not-for-profit Bowral and District Art Society (BDAS).
She will replace long-running Maureen Varnavsky, who was honoured at the AGM on February 2 as a lifetime member of BDAS.
The previous committee was thanked for their excellent work towards achieving a higher profile and fostering the arts community in the Highlands with the various functions and exhibitions throughout the year.
Ann looks forward to building on the strengths of the society with her collaborative style and desire to foster the arts for all in the Highlands.
Other executive members include vice-president Tracey Miller, secretary Helen Johnston, treasurer Cris Andrews, assistant secretary Patti Jones, publicists Lynne Moriarty and Leanne Booth.
Incoming committee members include Tony Deigan, Nick Holliday-Smith, Savanna Storm-Russo, Marika Schmidhofer, Patricia Miller.
