The couple celebrated the announcement of their engagement on January 26.
More than 60 guests gathered at the home of the newly betrothed couple to help them make the occasion one to remember.
In fact guests, both family and friends, travelled from as far as Melbourne and Queensland to join in the celebrations.
The engagement cake was made by 16-year-old Taylor Loveridge of Taylor Made Cakes.
It was designed to incorporate special memories of the couple including the a colour scheme that resembled the sunset in Noumea where Mark proposed. An image of an umbrella featured on the cake represented the Parisian umbrella the couple used on their first date.
Another highlight was a gift from Victoria’s mother, Regina Mischendahl – an enlarged photo of the couple while on their holiday in Noumea.
Mark and Victoria plan to marry at Sylvan Glen in May 2019.
