Drink driving charge
A Burradoo man will face court next year after being charged with drink driving last week.

The 47-year-old man had his license suspended on December 17 after he was stopped by police in Burradoo.
He was stopped on Holly Road about 1.30am and was subjected to a roadside breath test which proved positive.
He was arrested and taken to Bowral Police Station.
A breath analysis produced an alleged reading of 0.099.
The man’s driver’s licence was immediately suspended and he was issued a court attendance notice for mid-range drink driving.
He is due to appear at Moss Vale Local Court on January 9, 2018.
Disqualified driving and drug offences
A man will face court on December 20 after he was charged with outstanding warrant, drive whilst disqualified and possess prohibited drug.
About 4.30pm on December 13, police saw a BMW sedan being driven on Clarence Street, Moss Vale.
A short time later police saw the car abandoned on nearby White Street.
Police spoke with the alleged driver, a 34-year-old man from Welby and after checks found he was a disqualified driver and had outstanding warrants.
The man was arrested and taken to Bowral Police Station.
Police returned to White Street and searched the BMW, allegedly finding about 60 grams of cannabis leaf inside the vehicle.
The man was later charged with the outstanding warrant, drive while disqualified and possess prohibited drug.
The man was refused bail and is due to appear at Fairfield Local Court on December 20.
Multiple infringement notices
About 12:28 on Saturday, December 16, police from The Hume LAC (Mittagong HWP) were conducting speed enforcement on the Hume Motorway, Mittagong, as part of Operation Safe Arrival 2017.
At that time a B-double was detected travelling north at 132kph.
The vehicle was stopped and the 20-year-old QLD allegedly blamed a hill and other drivers for his excessive speed.
Police detected numerous log book breaches with infringements issued for offences such as, Class C exceed 100kmh over 20kmh, driver not record driver information after work, driver not record prescribed information in written work diary, use unregistered trailer on road.
A defect was issued to the prime mover for inoperative speed limiter.
Both the A and B trailers were registered in Victoria however both were not displaying any registration labels which classed both trailers as being unregistered in NSW.
At the time both trailers were loaded with soft drinks.
Multiple infringement notices were issued to the driver and a defect issued to owner of vehicle.
The driver will need to present the truck and trailers to the RMS for defect clearance and further inspection.
