The couple was married on September 9, 1967 at St Paul’s Church in Moss Vale.
The pair met at a dance in Robertson- Anne said she often attended the old time dances held in Robertson and Avoca.
They have five children and five grandchildren.
They recently celebrated their 50 year wedding anniversary at St Maur Wines with family and friends.
