A mobile phone, two sim cards, electronic storage devices and readers and several offensive implements were found during the Corrective Services NSW search operation on May 23.
Following inquiries and forensic examination, investigators from the Hume Local Area Command charged a 38-year-old man and a 51-year-old man on November 22.
The 38-year-old man was charged with an inmate using/possessing a mobile phone and two counts of possessing an offensive implement.
He will appear at Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday, November 29 .
The 51-year-old man was charged with an inmate using a mobile phone and possessing an offensive implement.
He will appear at Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
The men remain in the custody of Corrective Services NSW.
