Gwyneth Paltrow engaged to Brad Falchuk: reports

Gwyneth Paltrow is reportedly engaged to the executive producer of American Horror Story, Brad Falchuk, following a relationship of three years, according to reports.

The Goop founder met Falchuk on the set of Glee in 2014, and they have been rumoured to be dating since early 2015.

"They both knew it would happen, but it wasn't a big thing to them because they were both in long marriages before. There wasn't a rush." a source told US Weekly.

Another source told Entertainment Tonight that Paltrow has had the ring for "a long time".

Engagement rumours have followed the couple since earlier this year when Paltrow was spotted wearing an engagement ring during the filming of Avengers: Infinity War. The actress dismissed the claims at the time, claiming that it was her character, Pepper, that was engaged (to Tony Stark), and not her personally.

The Hollywood entrepreneur has kept her relationship with Falchuck mostly private, but in an Instagram on his birthday wrote "happy birthday, handsome".

Paltrow has previously been in relationships with high-profile men including Brad Pitt, Ben Affleck, and Chris Martin.

She famously 'consciously uncoupled' from Chris Martin in March 2014 and the pair divorced in July 2016. The couple have two children together, Apple Blythe and Moses Bruce.

In an interview with Sophia Amoruso's GirlBoss radio in August this year, Paltrow opened up about her difficulties with relationships.

"It's taken me a lot of work to get to the place where I have a good romantic relationship", Paltrow said.

"I'm at my potentially most vulnerable and f----ed up in the romantic slice of the pie. I think without relationships of quality, you are not a successful person", she added.

Famous for her strict dietary recommendations, which ban alcohol, gluten and 'nightshade vegetables', we can only wonder what will be on the menu at the wedding.
