On November 13, the Bundanoon couple were recognised for their hard and tireless work.
Mr and Mrs Borradale received the Director’s Award for Outstanding Contribution by a Community Member at the combined Campbelltown, Macarthur and Wollondilly Principal Networks Awards.
The couple continue to provide amazing opportunities for Exeter Public School students in particular, through their support with reading programs, mentoring students, website design and portrait making.
Mr Borradale, a web designer, was also instrumental in the school’s Exeter- Mongolia project in 2016, which allowed students to construct a website and upload things they were taught.
Exeter Public School principal Andrew Barnes said he was pleased to see Mr and Mrs Borradale thanked for their work.
“I was extremely proud to be present to watch them receive their awards from our Directors Public School NSW‐ Dr Margaret Turner and Wendy Buckley,” he said.
