Di Jones has launched its inaugural gift appeal.
Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said gifts for children of all ages undergoing treatment, as well as for the loved ones supporting them, would be appreciated.
“We are delighted to have received our first donations, with an amazing collection of books from Allen & Unwin Books arriving this week for distribution,” he said.
“We are seeking a range of gifts for all ages, including teenagers and parents who are often forgotten at this time of year.”
Team members, many of whom identify with the values of the Clown Doctors due to their own families, voted to adopt the charity, which helps to brighten the lives of children, 12 months ago.
The gift appeal was put forward by Bowral sales agent Sarah Burke to raise the profile of the charity and for a collaborative approach to giving back.
To donate a gift to the Christmas Appeal, drop gifts at your local Di Jones office before December 15 so the Clown Doctors can distribute them.
