Work will include rehabilitation and sealing up to five sections of Wilson Drive to improve the pavement quality and safety of the road.
During construction sections of the road may be temporarily reduced to one-way traffic however the road will remain open to through traffic.
Road users are cautioned to follow the changed traffic conditions, exercise care when travelling through the work zones and be aware of loose stones and heavy machinery within the work areas.
Council thanked motorists in advance for their cooperation and apologised for any temporary delays or inconvenience.
The project is scheduled to be completed by early April 2018. All timeframes are subject to weather conditions.
