Last weekend members of The Hume LAC Target Action Group conducted a joint operation with staff from the Police Transport Command.  Also assisting were drug detection dogs.  In short, the operation was designed to provide high visibility policing throughout our licensed premises and railway stations in the Southern Highlands and Goulburn sectors.  Our police actively patrolled railway platforms and trains as they entered the station.  The teams also went through various licensed premises.  The results were disappointing.
