A man has been released on bail in relation to a fatal crash at Berrima which occurred on October 14.

Jeffery Bates, 63, appeared at Moss Vale Courthouse on October 16.
Mr Bates is facing three charges including dangerous driving occasioning death, driving in a dangerous manner and negligent driving occasioning death.
Police will allege a northbound B-double truck crossed to the southbound lanes of the Hume Highway, and collided with a Ford Ranger utility on October 14.
A 23-year-old male passenger in the utility was trapped, and was unable to be revived.
A 24-year-old man driving the utility suffered multiple injuries and was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
Mr Bates was taken to Bowral Hospital with minor injuries, and for mandatory blood and urine testing.
He was later taken to Bowral Police Station and charged.
Mr Bates was initially refused bail and faced Goulburn Local Court on October 15.
Mr Bates was then granted bail on October 16 to return to Moss Vale Courthouse on December 6.
