Alicia Moore from Wollondilly Anglican College will head to the National Youth Science Forum (NYSP), held in Canberra in January 2018.
The NYSF is a highly competitive 12-week summer school program dedicated to mentoring Year 11 students heading into Year 12 who are interested in a science-related career. It is designed to help them make more informed choices about their future endeavours.
Students who qualify for the program will visit science and technology laboratories and facilities, go on site tours, listen to lectures, take part in workshops, go to social events, and receive training in time management, interviewing and public speaking.
