A boost for sports facilities has been announced. The NSW Government announced plans to invest $100 million in new and existing sports infrastructure across regional NSW. Member for Wollondilly Jai Rowell said the regional sports infrastructure fund aimed to improve the quality and quantity of sports venues. “This fund will go towards sports projects that will benefit the whole community,” Mr Rowell said. “We are looking for projects that will not only improve the playing experience, but the fan experience.
