Wingecarribee Council economic development manager Noel Ferguson will be the guest speaker at the lecture to be held at the Henrietta Rose Room, Bendooley Street, Bowral, from 6.15pm for a 6.45pm start.

He will speak on the low carbon living project in the Blue Mountains and how this concept could be adapted to the Wingecarribee Shire.

A brief AGM will be held at the end of the lecture.
