But whatever challenges life has thrown at them, the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association of NSW and the Yerrinbool-Bargo Soccer Club have always been there to support him.
The Yerrinbool football community has delved deep into their pockets to come up with funds to support Mr Sargood, his wife, Rachel, and their three children with the costs related to MND.
Yerrinbool-Bargo Soccer Club will once again host a fundraiser for Glenn and his family on August 19.
The annual Glenn Sargood MND Night will be held at Bargo Pub.
The Club will also host a daytime fundraiser on August 12.
Yerrinbool’s home game will serve as a fundraiser.
Spectators have been asked to to donate a gold coin at the gate.
There will also be raffles and prizes throughout the day.
