Mr Taylor is planning a day of ‘village visits’ throughout Exeter, Bundanoon and Wingello to talk directly with the community about federal issues affecting them.
He acknowledged that NBN connectivity was of particular concern for many residents in the region who have struggled to access to the network.
“I know communities in the southern villages of the Highlands want better telecommunications,” Mr Taylor said.
“Improved services are on their way, but there is still a lot of work to be done.”
This Saturday July 29, Mr Taylor will visit the Exeter General Store at 10am, the Jumping Rock Café at 11:30am in Bundanoon, and the Wingello Village Store at 1pm.
