For 24 years people around Australia have been gathering for special morning teas in May in an effort to raise funds for the Cancer Council.
And 2017 is no exception.
People across the Southern Highlands have been raise their tea cup, snacking on scones, buying raffle tickets and doing whatever else they can to help raise funds for ongoing cancer research and support.
A high tea and Tombola at Mittagong RSL Club proved popular with 140 guests at the club’s annual Biggest Morning Tea.
The event held each year for more than a decade is so popular it was booked out two weeks in advance.
Meanwhile, a tempting offering of treats also attracted many people to the Challenge Southern Highlands Biggest Morning Tea at Welby.
Judith Warner hosted her 22nd Biggest Morning Tea in Burrawang on Saturday.
