Magistrate Mary Ryan handed down the decision at Moss Vale Local Court on May 18.
She said at the time the allegations were made, Mr King had acted professionally.
The charges related to an incident at an open house on Oxley Drive in Mittagong on November 13, where Mr King asked questions of Campbell Jones Real Estate receptionist Anna Calvert and later, of principal Angus Campbell-Jones.
Mr King, represented by Sydney barrister Charles Waterstreet, said he had attended the open house to investigate a discrepancy with the listed agent Angus Yuill’s real estate certification.
“Mr King had a job to do, he carried out his investigating duties professionally,” Magistrate Ryan said.
