Fraser made his move early in the game when he shot to a 13-5 lead after 11 ends.
From then on Fraser was rewarded for his good all round play, and finished with a 15-shot win.
In the social bowls match of the day G Hunt.and B Porter defeated K Edwards and B Dodwell. 18-17.
Edwards and Dodwell led 9-3 after eight ends and still led 17-9 with five ends to play.
Hunt and Porter came with a late flurry to win the last five ends and take the match by one shot.
