NOVA Employment has established a new office in Bowral, and is desperately seeking people to fill the roles they have already found with willing employers.
Outlet manager Michelle Hira said more than 25 award-wage jobs had been secured in Bowral and Tahmoor, and encouraged job seekers to apply.
“What a lot of people don’t know is that we partner with both the job seeker and the employer to ensure we match the prospective employee to the role and the business,” she said.
“We also provide strong onsite job support, which means the new worker fits readily into the workplace. It’s a win-win- win, for the job seeker, the employer and NOVA, too.”
Ms Hira has found positions in hospitality, retail, agriculture, cleaning, warehousing, recreational facilities and the auto industry for those with a disability.
She said it was okay if applicants felt unsure because they had not had a job or had been unemployed for a while.
“That’s what NOVA is here for, to walk the journey with you.”
Those willing to work and try new things should contact Michelle on michelle.hira@novaemployment.com.au.
