Emergency services were called to the Sydney Skydivers drop zone, off Picton Road, about 10.50am on Tuesday.
The woman, believed to be aged in her late 20s, was treated by paramedics for back and pelvic pain.
She was expected to be taken to Liverpool Hospital.
Sydney Skydivers director Phil Onis said the accident involved an experienced jumper who “had a hard landing”.
“She’s got a sore back so they’ve just taken her to the hospital as a precaution, but she’s all OK,” Mr Onis said.

A woman has been injured in a parachute accident at Wilton.
Emergency services were called to Picton Road, Wilton about 11am on Tuesday, April 18 to respond to reports a woman had been injured.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the woman was believed to be in her 20s and had “fallen a considerable distance.”
Emergency crews are on scene.
