Oxley College will host junior riders for an equestrian competition on Sunday, April 30.

The event will be held at Bong Bong Racecourse and will be open to all school-age riders in Years 7 to 12.

Students will have the choice of two disciplines from Dressage, Show Jumping, Show Horse and Sporting.

The event will run under a new format this year so riders will have the opportunity to do two dressage tests and show jumping heights.

Ribbons will be awarded for first to fifth place in each discipline within combined age group.

Age groups will be split into Junior (Years 7 and 8), Intermedia (Years 9 and 10) and Senior (Years 11 and 12).

Oxley students will compete against students from schools across the country.
