Police arrested and charged the 43-year-old man in relation to three business break and enters in March.
Just after 10pm on Sunday, March 5, a shopping centre in Pioneer Street, Mittagong, was broken into, with entry forced to a restaurant inside.
Police were told cash was stolen and an attempt was made to access a second business in the centre.
In the early hours of Thursday morning, March 30, Police were called to Kirkham Street, Moss Vale, after reports two businesses were being broken into.
Police arrived a short time later and arrested a 43-year-old man nearby.
It is alleged a number of stolen items were located and seized.
The man was taken to Bowral Police Station and charged with being armed with intent to commit a serious indictable offence and three counts of break, enter and steal.
He was refused bail to appear at Goulburn Local Court on Friday, March 31, 2017.
Inquiries are continuing.
