On March 20, 70 student volunteers gave their time to assist the Moss Vale and Berrima Red Cross Branch in their annual fundraiser, the Red Cross Calling doorknock appeal.
Red Cross representatives, Mrs Williams and Mrs D’Adams attended on the day to ensure all students were familiar with their duties.
The students canvassed most of the Moss Vale residential area, the CBD and industrial businesses and Berrima businesses in order to collect donations.
The school thanked Graham Marcolin (Moss Vale and Sutton Forest McDonalds) and St Paul’s International College for donating their buses for the day.
Thanks also went to Mr Craig O’Brien and Mr. Phil Warwick for their bus-driving prowess and to Mrs Kirrilly Sims and Mrs Jemima Finlayson for their supervision and driving of students on the day.
