Gain national recognition for your culinary skills with the Nestle Golden Chef Hat Award.

If you are working in the culinary industry and will be aged between 16 and 25 on September 30, you have the opportunity to make your mark.

Applications are now being accepted for this chance to receive mentoring from some of the industry’s top players and inspirational professionals.

If you are successful in your region’s heat, you will get to cook-off against the country’s best chef talent at the national final, held at Fine Food Australia this September.

There is the chance to win medals across entrée, main and dessert course categories, and the winners will receive a prize trip to Vietnam for a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience.
