The championships were held at the Queanbeyan Swimming Centre.
It was the largest team that Moss Vale High School had taken to the championships to date and there were some fantastic performances across the board.
Kaila O'Maley and Megan Schweers swam some fantastic races throughout the day and once again the Hinchcliffe brothers were strong contenders in the pool.
The school’s dominance was evident in the relays at the end of the day, with the 14's and 16's boys teams and the 15's girls team taking comfortable wins.
The under-16s boys team made up of Kody Tozer, Joel Hinchcliffe (Joel dominated the Moss Vale High swimming carnival and won age champion for the third year in a row), Nic Wilson and Wes Thomas had an outstanding swim and finished their race two seconds outside the zone record for the relay.
Joel dominated the Moss Vale High swimming carnival and won age champion for the third year in a row.
The next stop will be the regional carnival, where again the school will take a large team to compete for the right to attend the state championships at the end of the term.
