Southern Highlands Polo is an initiative that was designed to put polo back on the map in the Southern Highlands with a regular competition.
The day will feature two thrilling polo matches played across the afternoon by Highlands and Sydney teams.
Southern Highlands Polo president Paul Manka said the organisation were excited to host an event for the polo fans in the Highlands.
“The Southern Highlands is an equestrian hub with polo being a logical extension. We are committed to ensuring that polo is showcased locally,” he said.
Gates will open at 11.30am and the parade of horses will commence at 12.15pm. The first polo match- The Southern Highlands Polo Cup, will begin at 12.30pm followed by the divot stomp at 12.45pm.
Fashions on the field will take place at 1.45pm, followed by the dash for ladies at 2.15pm and dash for men at 2.30pm.
The second game will commence at 2.30pm followed by the award presentation at 4.15pm.
