There will be a number of accolades awarded at the presentation night for both teams and individuals. Teams will be recognised for their achievements across a whole sporting season.
Junior team of the year:
- Supper Taggers – Oz Tag
- Moss Vale Hockey Club under-13s – Hockey
- Bowral under-15s Vikings – Hockey
- Robertson under-14s – Cricket
- Bowral Kookaburras under-11bs – Rugby League

Last year the Gib Gate School snow sports team took out the school sporting team of the year honour.
The Bowral junior rugby league under-14Bs were named BDSA junior team of the year last year and the Moss Vale Magic men's youth league basketball team and Southern Highlands under-15s girls indoor hockey team shared the representative team of the year honour.
The Bowral Women's Bowling Club's grade four pennant side was named senior sporting 2016 team of the year. The Berrima District Sports Awards have been in existence since 1979 with the sole purpose of recognising the sporting talent in the Southern Highlands.
