Looking to buy or sell a house in the Southern Highlands?

There will soon be one more real estate agent in town to help.

Di Jones will launch it’s Highlands branch on February 18.

The Di Jones brand was established in 1992 in the Sydney suburb of Woollahra.

It started as a family owned business and in April 2016, Rob Ward took the helm as CEO of Di Jones Real Estate and expanded.

“We have invested time to understand our clients and their property journeys. At Di Jones we have identified specific migration patterns, evident in the areas we service, we know where people aspire to live and the lifestyles they desire,” he said.

“We have identified the majority of buyers for properties in the Southern Highlands ultimately come from the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore of Sydney. With our shared database, we are in an extremely unique position to market properties directly to the potential purchasers via our award winning digital platforms such as our Monthly ‘Home' Magazine.”

Since April 2016, Di Jones has opened up offices on the North Shore and the norther suburbs of Sydney.

“Our company owned network and database provides unparalleled exposure for homeowners in the Southern Highlands and gives them the best opportunity to maximise their outcome,” Mr Ward said.

“Already we have experienced multiple occasions where we have sold properties directly through our database to existing clients from Sydney.”
