Despite the heat wave conditions last Saturday there was a good turn-up for the Open Day hosted by the Moss Vale Tennis Club.

Unfortunately, the on-court activities had to stop at around 11.30 when the temperature became too high to continue.

A good number of those who attended have registered for coaching classes and there was very positive feedback about the Revolution Team team’s coaching and fitness program which was show-cased.

New recruits were added to the junior’s Hot Shots program which started of on February 4.

Attendees also benefited from advice they received about racquet choice, injury management and prevention and stroke analysis.

Good use was also made of the tennis racquets available to try.
