After a solid start Edmonds and Stafford led 12-5 after eight ends.
The match was tight and both duos were in great form. Edwards and Lewis returned some worthy shots and tightened the score to 17-17 on the 18th end. Edmonds and Stafford relished the last three ends and won the match by four shots.
