For their office secret Santa, the team decided to donate presents to the children’s ward at Bowral and District Hospital.
Community services representative Nicole Askew said they wanted to help in the community outside the office.
“We’ve been purchasing gifts since October this year,” she said.
Nurse unit manager Melissa Bell said the presents would be handed out to families over the Christmas period.
“This makes a huge difference to families over Christmas, it’s little things like this that brighten their day, and we give to their siblings as well” she said.
One family who has benefited from this kindness is Jess Morrissey, whose son Theo is currently in the children’s ward.
“He was born at 35 weeks, and when you’re in hospital, you don’t have time to shop for Christmas presents, so this is fantastic” she said.
