Proposed changes to the state-of-the-art station were tabled at the October 26 council meeting, however councillors were not able to consent to adjustments.
The modification requested a substation, a new wall and signage for the new building at 67 Elizabeth Street in Moss Vale, which will replace existing buildings on the lot.
It also requests removal of section 94a developer contribution requirements.
However, as the existing development application (DA) for the new facility was lodged on behalf of the Crown, council could not refuse the modifications without approval of the minister for planning.
All nine councillors voted not to support the modification application and to to refer the matter to the minister for planning for a decision.
