The match of the day completed a month of toppling matches at the clubs.
Jeff Williams was back at the club after a holiday and showed he had not lost his touch since leaving Bowral for Tasmania.
From the start very little separated the two sides and after seven ends the scores were equal at 6-6.
Then Payne and Williams started to get the upper hand and went to a 12-7 lead after ten ends, and looked in line for victory when leading 18-14 with four ends to play.
Chambers and Flynn made a late challenge and with one end to play the scores were equal at 18-18.
Chambers and Flynn with good team play scored one shot to win the match by one shot.
This was a top line match with Chambers and Flynn having to leave it until the last end looking for the win.
