The Year 7 student from Chevalier College competed at the All Schools Championships from October 13-16 in the 80m hurdles and pole vault. She was was the only Chevalier student to attend the Championships and came home with some outstanding results.
Alice ran a new personal best in the heats and progressed to the finals.
She again ran a personal best and finished seventh in the state in the hurdles.
The young star also competed in the pole vault.
She competed against 11 other athletes who ranged from 12 to 19 years of age.
Alice made yet another personal best of 2.3 metres and placed fifth overall, whilst also collecting the gold medal for her age group.
Her gold medal secured her a place in the NSW All Schools National Championships, where she will again represent Chevalier College.
The Championships will be held in Canberra later in the year.
