The free ‘healthy eating program’ has been offered through the Your Angel charity, and has been designed to assist the community’s disadvantaged to learn cooking skills with healthy options.

Participants will take home a hamper full of healthy food choices to continue their learning and practice their new skills at home.

The course will begin October 12, and runs for six weeks.

This program has been funded by the money raised from Kaz Kids school holiday activities.
