Applications are open for the 2017 NSW Young Achiever Award ‘Fashion and Arts’ category.
Sponsored by The Coffee Club, the award acknowledges, encourages and promotes the achievements of young people up to and including 29 years of age.
The Coffee Club director John Lazarou said the award would recognise those who strove for excellence, creativity and success in their chosen creative field.
“With youth often leading the way in fashion, design, textiles, visual and dramatic art, and dance, it is important to applaud their achievements in what is often a fast-paced, stressful and success-driven environment,” he said.
The winner of the Fashion and Arts category will win a trophy, along with $2500 from Masonicare.
To submit a nomination, visit www.bit.ly/nswyaa and complete the form.
Other categories include:
- Aboriginal Education Council Aboriginal Education Award
- Awards Australia Small Business Achiever Award
- First National Real Estate Leadership Award
- Freemasons of NSW/ACT Community Service Award
- Who Printing Environment and Sustainability Award
Nominations close December 15.
