The number of submitted entries continues to soar and nominations already received for this year’s awards reveal enormous support for businesses in the community. Businesses should be proud of the nominations received since this year’s launch. It shows their efforts are well-recognised and appreciated by customers.
Awards creator Steve Loe from Precedent Productions said “we are always impressed by the high response levels from the Southern Highlands community demonstrating large support for small businesses”.
If you think a business is worthy of special attention, you need to act now as entries close on August 31. All those who nominate a business will be in the running to win a Nikon Digital SLR Camera.
Special thanks are extended to Major Sponsors, Hume Coal and Support Sponsors, Wingecarribee Shire Council, Boral Cement Berrima and Flower Flower. Their support of the awards reflects their ongoing commitment to local business, and is essential in the running of the program.
Once all nominations have been received, they will be tallied and finalists will be selected for each category.
There is no quota for businesses to achieve finalist status. Finalists will be selected if their nomination total is outstanding for their nominated category. The number of finalists in each category may vary dependent on nominations.
