The former Highlands netballer will line up for the NSW Swifts in the 2016 ANZ Championship grand final.
The Swifts will take on the Queensland Firebirds at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
It will be the second successive year these two teams have met in the championship decider.
The Firebirds took out the title with a 57-56 victory in last year's grand final. McCulloch was part of that unsuccessful Swifts line up.
The 26-year-old said the loss had provided motivation for NSW players this season.
"We have trained so hard this year and a win would be the icing on the cake for the girls who played last year.
"We are really excited."
McCulloch said Swifts players were confident of their chances on Sunday.
"The Firebirds have stars across the court and are hard to beat," McCulloch said.
"But we've been one of only a few teams to beat Queensland in the last few seasons.
"We need to play 60 minutes of netball [to win]."
The Swifts booked a spot in this year's grand final with a 64- 65 win over Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic last week.
McCulloch made a return to the starting side at wing defence. She said she was pleased with her form against the Magic.
"I took the opportunity and thought I had a really good game," McCulloch said.
"I rolled my ankle [during the game], but I'll be good to go for the grand final."
McCulloch thanked the Highlands community for its ongoing support.
She said her family would travel up to Brisbane for the grand final.
"I've trained pretty hard and I always give 110 per cent," McCulloch said.
"I love playing for the Swifts and being rated one of the best 12 netballers in NSW.
"Hopefully we get a win on Sunday, it would meant everything to me."
