The team at Duncan Hill Property are holding a 'Winterfest' event to raise money for a much-needed nurse.
Duncan Hill team member Linda Tyler said the team had heard from BDCU about the "desperate need" for a mental health nurse in Highlands.
"We decided to act, as we need a youth and adolescent mental health nurse to be based in the area," she said.
The event will be an "interactive, visual and interesting wonderland" with snow machines, igloos, a jumping castle, vintage car show, food and market stalls.
Ms Tyler said lots of prizes would be available throughout the day that have been donated from local businesses.
"We were so surprised and pleased at the amount of businesses that jumped on board," she said.
Major sponsors of the event alongside Duncan Hill Property are Endota Spa, Bowral Removals, ClickLaw and Bowral Royal Hotel.
The festival will be held July 31 from 11.00am to 4.00pm at the Bradman Oval in Bowral.
Ms Tyler said the team hoped to make the festival an annual event for the region.
