John Jordan, Mark Stone and Gep Blake have teamed up for the 2015 Movember campaign.
Movember aims to educate and raise awareness about health issues by encouraging men to grow moustaches.
The event has attracted participants from across the globe, including the Southern Highlands.
Men can sign up as individuals or put together a team.
Mr Jordan and Mr Stone - who work together at Stones Patisserie in Berrima - formed "Team Berrimo".
The duo met Mr Blake in the schoolyard at Berrima Public School, where all of their children attend school.

Mr Jordan said the trio was inspired to take part in Movember because men's health "was not well publicised".
"About 20 years ago, I lost my father to prostate cancer, so I thought that something needed to be done," he said.
"The mo is a bit itchy, I am looking forward to shaving it off."
Mr Stone said men were often hesitant to get check ups with their general practitioner.
"Men tend to think they're invincible, that nothing is wrong with them," he said.
"There needs to be more awareness and check ups are needed."
Mr Stone said he had received positive feedback from customers at Stones Patisserie.
"We are doing it for a laugh and we've been drawing attention," he said.
"We've had some fun with it, it's been excellent.
"We are not ramming the message down people's throats, it's more of an expression [with the moustaches]."
Mr Stone said Team Berrimo's fundraising effort had been slow.
However, he said people could donate via the Movember website, au.movember.com
