NRL stars Sam and Luke Burgess were given a warm reception by the Highlands community on Saturday.
The brothers were in town to promote Sam's new gym in Bowral called F45 Training.
Sam is the director/owner of the gym, which will officially open on November 28.
Sam recently returned to the South Sydney Rabbitohs NRL club after a stint in rugby union in England.
Luke used to play for South Sydney, but joined the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles in 2015.
A large contingent of Highlanders - including several Rabbitohs fanatics - enjoyed the opportunity to meet Sam and Luke on Saturday.
The two NRL forwards also took part in gym sessions with local fans.
Sam Burgess told the Southern Highland News that the new F45 Training had a "good little vibe".
He said head trainer Dan Collins had done a "cracking job" to prepare the gym.
"It's going well today, it's good to see a lot of people down here," he said.
Sam said F45 Training offered a chance for participants to be part of a team and enjoy a family like environment.
"It's something different and it's an opportunity to get fit and socialise," he said.
Sam said he was excited to make his long-awaited return to South Sydney next year.
"I'm overjoyed, it's great to be back in the red and green," he said.
"Souths have such passionate fans and I can't wait to play in the NRL again."
One passionate fan at Saturday's event was nine-year-old Baden Patterson.
Baden said he was pleased to meet Sam and Luke Burgess.
"Sam plays on my favourite team, the Rabbitohs," he said.
