Winners will be announced at the Southern Highlands Local Business Awards presentation evening, to be held at Mittagong RSL Club on Wednesday, October 21.
For many, winning an award will mark the achievement of a major team goal, recognising the hard work they put into providing quality service experiences daily. As an award winner, businesses will also capture the attention of local customers, signalling their value-for-money, outstanding service and commendable quality.
The 2015 Awards program has included many quality businesses across all awards categories, making the evaluation of winners a hugely challenging process. Businesses in many categories have been near inseparable in their quality, delivering at the high level for which businesses of this area are known.
Local business people, sponsors and prominent local dignitaries will come together to promote the spirit of local business in improving the lives of the local community.
The presentation evening will also feature live entertainment from the sold out show, Damn Good Divas, with performances of legendary female performers such as Shirley Bassey, Liza Minelli (pictured), Barbra Streisand and Dusty Springfield.
Master of Ceremonies will once again be Channel Nine's Paul Hancock on Channel Nine's "Mornings", proven to be popular with the crowds at previous Awards.
The Local Business Awards would not be possible without the support of major sponsors Hume Coal and TrueLocal, and support sponsors Harper Entertainment Distribution Services, Clifton Accountants, Boral Cement Berrima, Wingecarribee Shire Council and Southern Highlands Business Women's Network.
