It was a delightful experience, as much for me as for the children who sat, enraptured, close to the stage, whilst I was also fascinated by the skill of the performers, who made it all look so easy, and such fun.
Workshops, as well as performances, will be scheduled on a regular basis; a card I was given says that the website is www.imaginarta.com.au for those interested.
At last, children in our district have a chance to experience the best professional, interactive performances right here.
Opportunities for children (small children in particular) to see live theatre scarcely exist even in Sydney since the performance spaces at the Rocks were shut down for development. It seems that we are lucky that this group has decided to settle in our district after a long international career.
