The Magic hasn't lost a game in the NSW men's youth league competition since mid-April.

The team will aim to continue that streak when it hosts the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles at Moss Vale Basketball Stadium .

The Magic and Sea Eagles line ups will be familiar with each other after the two sides met last weekend.

Moss Vale notched up its ninth consecutive victory with a 70-65 result at the Northern Beaches Indoor Sports Centre.

For the second successive week, the Magic overcame a deficit in the first half to record a win.

Magic coach Kev Campbell said the key to last week's victory was a solid defensive effort in the second half.

Campbell said he hoped to see that effort from the outset tomorrow.

"I am hoping the match is not so close this time," he said.

"We know our strengths and he hope to use the same defence to start the match."

Another key for the Magic will be in-form shooter Dane Jensen.

Jensen has been the team's leading point scorer in the past two weeks, including 21 points against Manly.

Campbell said Jensen was a difficult match up for opponents because he was more than six foot tall but very speedy.

"No-one seems to be able to stop him this year," he said.

Nick Bizjak leads the Magic's point scoring for the season with 249 points and will look to continue his good form.

Other key players include centre Billy Campbell and Hayden Cook.

The Magic will host Manly at the Moss Vale Basketball Stadium at 5pm.
